MANDARIN LANGUAGE CLASSES
Winter 2006 -- Language PartyWinter 2010 Language Classes & Workshops
Winter classes begin Jan. 4, 2010. The China Council offers 10 week evening language classes. All classes and workshops will be held at our offices in Old Town/Chinatown (Kida Bldg. 127 NW 3rd, at Davis, Portland, OR 97209).Classe sizes are kept small (minimum of 4, to maximum of 12), and taught by Willow Zheng, a native Mandarin speaker. Willow attended an intensive Mandarin Teachers' training course at Suzhou University in summer of 2008, and incorporates the latest teaching techniques. The classes will give students a good grasp of tones, and incorporates better understanding of Chinese culture.
