Eve Arnold's "In China";
A Look Back
In 1981, the China Council, in conjunction with an exhibition of photographs by Eve Arnold at Reed College, showed a series of the photographer's pictures, with audio commentary, from her 1979 visit to China.
We've excavated the slides and the audio tape from the archive for an encore showing as a way of revisiting China after Mao and before McDonald's.
