Dave Einolf is a Partner with ERM (Environmental Resources Management), the largest EHS (Environmental Health Sciences) consultancy in the world and the largest wholly foreign-owned consultancy in China.

Dave has been involved in numerous corporate permitting projects in China. He has also been involved in the development of the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and has worked to support clients on assessing and auditing corporate social responsibility and sustainability throughout Asia.

Dave will offer his perspective on a range of topics concerning China's environment: China's EH&S permitting and approval scheme, EH&S enforcement and monitoring by governmental entities in China, and the issues of business risks associated with environmental, health, safety, security and labor in today's China.
