(Rongwei) Cai, resident partner and chief representative of the Shanghai
Office of law firm Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, will provide a fresh “off
the plane” update on what the Chinese government is doing to battle
corruption that’s running rampant in its system.
Mr. Cai specializes in foreign investment in China, international business transactions, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, general business and corporate law and has over 18 years of practical experience in both China and the U.S. Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine, he practiced law with several other international law firms in China, Portland (OR), New York, Hong Kong and Seattle.
